Is there a Rodgers recital or workshop coming up in my area?
With Rodgers organs installed in churches, schools and performance halls around the country as well as worldwide, the sound of Rodgers is often in the air! We publicize all Rodgers-related events that come to our attention in our Web Calendar, but there are many that take place before we hear about them. It's a good idea to check the website of your local Rodgers representative to see local calendar items.
May I tour your factory?
Rodgers' manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, Oregon, can be toured by appointment. Please contact your local Rodgers representative a few weeks in advance to schedule your visit so that we'll have an experienced tour guide available for you. We also offer a brief online factory tour in the "Who We Are" area.
Where can I get your product brochures and music CDs?
They are available from your local Rodgers representative.
How much do your organs cost, and what's the difference between various models?
Talk with your Rodgers representative about your musical needs and the type of space where the organ will be installed. A Rodgers organ is a long-term investment that will be providing value for many decades, so it's worth the time to examine how much organ you truly need. Because Trillium Masterpiece Series organs are completely customizable, there's a world of choices available to create the organ that is exactly right. Take a look at the "Organs" pages to get an idea of what features are most important to you. As with all custom products, you have a great deal of control over the cost depending on the options you choose.
Where can I find information about the age, features, audio requirements, history and/or value of an old Rodgers organ?
Soon you'll be able to find basic information on legacy products (organs that are no longer in current production) on our website. Other Rodgers owners are often a good source of information as well - try posting your question on the Rodgers Community Forum for other Rodgers owners to see.
I can't figure out one of the organ's functions. Can you help?
First, talk with your Rodgers representative. Often he or she can arrange one-on-one training, or talk you through the process on the phone. When additional help is needed, we have factory product specialists available who can supply more in-depth information. Many organists find it helpful to post questions on the Rodgers Community Forum, where other organists who've had similar experiences can share their ideas.
Where is the serial number on my organ?
Depending on when your organ was built, the serial number may be located a few different places. On many organs, the model and serial information is on a label plate on the bottom side of the keybed. Click here for a guide to finding serial numbers.
Can you provide me with an owner's manual?
Additional or replacement copies of the owner's manual for organs in current production are available from your Rodgers representative. For some older models, owners manuals will soon be available in digital form that you can download. For other models, you can order a printed copy of the owners manual from us by calling Lynn Simon at 503-681-0480 or sending an email to lsimon@rodgers.rain.com.
What's your warranty policy?
When you purchase a Rodgers organ, it is just the beginning of a long-term relationship. At the Rodgers factory, we stock thousands of parts and we support every organ we have ever built. New Rodgers organs have a 10-year parts warranty for the original purchaser; service warranties are handled by the local dealer and vary depending on individual business policies.
Where can I find a technician to fix my organ? Or can I fix it myself?
Authorized Rodgers service personnel can be located through your local Rodgers representative. Rodgers technicians are able to run diagnostic tests, download software updates, obtain schematics and order parts from the factory. Every year, Rodgers provides field training opportunities to all authorized technicians to make sure they know about the latest developments. On top of that, our techs have extensive online resources available at the click of a mouse. You wouldn't trust your other sophisticated electronic products to untrained hands, so always rely on trained service personnel to perform any needed work on your Rodgers organ.
Who can help me with an insurance quote?
In cases of fire, lightning or other insured damage to a Rodgers organ, please contact your Rodgers representative to help determine repair costs or replacement value.
