Building a Rodgers organ is a team effort. From the first concept design meeting to the final quality test, the process involves music professionals, skilled craft workers, audio engineering specialists and many others working in concert. At Rodgers, we take the honor of building organs for churches and individuals seriously. Together, we bring our best to the challenges, celebrate the successes and never stop working to improve.

Organ designers and managers meet to discuss
new product ideas. New features often come out
of suggestions from Rodgers owners and dealers.

In the Rodgers manufacturing area, many employees
have decades of experience in fine woodworking,

employees in the Rodgers showroom.

Family and fellow team members applaud a co-worker
at his retirement party in the factory.
