Mount Calvary Baptist Church - Matoaca

Mount Calvary Baptist church is located in the small town of Matoaca near Petersburg, VA. The church's aging analog organ began giving frequent technical problems so the congregation decided to purchase a new digital organ.

A two-manual and pedal Rodgers was selected. The instrument has 30 stops, 84 Voice Palette stops, 50 built-in Orchestral/MIDI stops and a sequencer with USB memory storage. The new organ has a custom audio system that provides even, balanced sound throughout the nave. Previously, there were organ speakers located only on the right side of the nave.

The organ is the main worship instrument at Mt. Calvary with their Steinway M grand piano being used occasionally.
