Olive Branch Seventh-Day Adventist Church is located in Olive Branch, MS (just south of Memphis, Tennessee).  The church had recently built a new sanctuary and wanted an instrument that would enhance their worship.  After listening to different brands of digital instruments, the organ committee unanimously decided on the Rodgers organ.  The church noted several factors that influenced their decision:  the sound and quality of console construction, combined with the robust technological features that surpassed the competitors.  Also that Roland, (the parent company) had more engineers in the Research and Development department than the other companies in consideration had in total employees combined!  Rodgers was an obvious decision.

This Rodgers three-manual console was built as a completely custom order.  White moving drawknobs were cased in a medium walnut insert housed in a black console.  An adjustable bench also accompanies the console. The consultant for this project was Scott Lane. The organ committee was comprised of church members including Dr. Carl Pean and Pastor Chuck Woods.

The dedication concert and final voicing was performed by Rodgers Tonal Director and Organist, Dan Miller. The congregation was deeply moved by a 70-minute organ concert that featured sacred and classical music. Another highlight was was Dan's performance of a piece that he composed for his daughters wedding. The orchestral score was played through Dan's Iphone via the MIDI connections and he performed the organ portion live- it was a real treat!
