Thanks!, Rodgers
Thanks for the new website, Rodgers!!! We've been waiting. I am STILL excited to ba a Rodgers player at First Methodist in West Point, GA where we have a 3 M custom Trillium Masterpiece with 12 ranks of 1930 Hinners pipes. THe organ NEVER ceases to AMAZE me! I will be accompanying an organist to our local dealer's showroom tomorrow for him to "shop" for his church. He played our wonderful installation and was SOLD very quiclkly! Thanks to EVERYONE at Rodgers who had a part in this great installation. Thanks to Chapel Music, Lithonia, GA for the great job you did for us.
Looking forward to a new era with Rodgers and their new website!

new 1038
Just an up date on the new organ. The 1038 has been with us for 2 months and in use for our services. They have just placed the speakers into pipe chambers this past week. Pipes are being returned this next week and then the rewiring with pipes will start. Our project should be finished br late Sept.

Spec Sheets
When you have time, and I know the site is only days old, it would be great to have PDF downloadable specifications sheets for each model containing details like:
- Complete stop list (and alternative voice palette stops)
- Number of speakers as standard
- Close up photos etc.
- Weight and size or console
- List of common options available
Just something to think about. Keep up the good work.
PDF Specs
Stay tuned...they're on the way!

808 @ church
I enjoyed listening to the samples given when they first appeared. Now they won't play at all on my computer. I don't know if it is it is my computer that is messing up or if the samples aren't loading properly from the web source.
I hope there will be many new samples to listen to. I would enjoy hearing the 808 or the 848 played by a master.

Listening to CD tracks
If you are using more than one browser, it could be that one browser supports the audio player and the other one doesn't -- but that's just a guess. If anyone else is having this problem, please let us know by sending an email to marketing@rodgers.rain.com. Robert, if it's OK I'd like to contact you offline to see if we can track down what's happening with your particular situation.
Trip to Rodger's dealer
Just want to thank you for the new site. I was about to wear the old one out looking at it so much. I want to thank the people at Chapel Music for the their time this past Saturday. The selection was great and what a joy o be able to go from one to the other. I'm working very hard to put the 1038 in my Thomaston, Georgia church to replace my 1962 Moller console and rewire the 22 ranks of pipes to work with it.
I love what the 1038 American Classic offers in stops and additional voices. The thoughts of being able to add a rear speaking organ and a 4 manual console great. I'm like a child looking for Christmas morning......
A local organist has a Rodgers 928 with 12 ranks of pipes has taken the time to share how wonderful the combo is. He is the one who changed my mind about rebuiling my Moller console and helped me to understand the use of MIDI.
Thanks.....
Thanks!, Rodgers
This is a great start for a web site. It certainly has been needed for a long time. I certainly want to encourage dealers to get their installations posted. Also, I would also encourage us customers that have home installations to have the dealer put ours on the website as well. I am so proud of mine that I would like others to see it.

I had an interesting thing happen. Last Sunday the woman who had been the first (and longtime) O/C of our church was able (she is really old, and quite infirm) to get to our church for the first time in some years. Keep in mind that in 1972 she insisted that they HAD TO have a pipe organ, and they wound up with one... quality aside!
By 1997 they were tired of constant repairs and bought a 950 with a superb "install" by Daffer (thanks, Al Murrell!). By then she had retired.
Anyway, last Sunday at the conclusion of the postlude, she broke into tears and said, "I may be feeble but I have 20/20 hearing. My GOD, you have a Stradavarius!!"
It's always nice to have another musician confirm what I believe. So, thank you Rodgers!
And our organ is PDI, not the latest and greatest.
