Florida, United States of America

Like many congregations, First Baptist Church of Chipley, Florida combines both traditional and contemporary music in its worship each week. The church's new Rodgers organ has the flexibility to lead classic hymn singing with the rich sound of a magnificient pipe organ, and support the contemporary praise band with hundreds of new and exciting cutting-edge orchestral sounds from the Rodgers/Roland libraries.
When Dan Colletti, minister of music, worked with Bob Hupka, area manager for Tadlock & Associates Church Organs, he said that he wanted an organ that would grow with the music program. He also wanted an instrument that could be enlarged with real wind-blown pipes when the church moves into its new sanctuary. He realized that Rodgers was the clear choice when Bob described to him how a new Rodgers organ would meet his requirements for generations to come.
The organists love the way the organ supports congregational singing and the congregation loves the many new textures of sound that they hear with both the organ and the expanded MX-200 sound module.
