Dear Mike and David,
Please share this correspondence with the Rodgers Organ Company, Mr. Bob Saied, and any other interested persons.
TO WHOM IT MIGHT CONCERN:
The Music Ministry of Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines is so pleased and excited to have a recent installation of a Rodgers Trillium Masterpiece 3 Manual Model 958 organ. Several years ago, this congregation began consideration of a new organ and established a fund for future purchase. Early this spring, the time was right. Congregational enthusiasm and a generous contribution added to money previously in the organ fund enabled us to move forward almost immediately with the selection and purchase of a new organ.
Several organ companies were contacted and we received personal presentations from two of the major organ builders, one of which was the Rodgers presentation of Mike Bennett and David Pettit from Saied Music Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The help which they gave us in choosing the proper instrument for our facilities and congregation, the knowledge and expertise of Mike and David, their accommodation of requests for special features (i.e., adjustable music rack and adjustable bench), their immediate response to all questions and concerns from the committee members and their dedication and sincere desire to provide an installation of the very best possible instrument for this congregation, left no doubt whatsoever that Rodgers was the choice of every committee member, as well as both of us.
Rodgers’ fine reputation in the music world, as part of the Roland Corporation, the pipe-like characteristics of tone production (also, pipe expandable for future additions), the addition of MX-200 MIDI voices, and the dependability of the previous Rodgers organ that had served this congregation for more than twenty years were just a few of the reasons we chose the new Rodgers.
The congregational response to the organ has been phenomenal. We have a happy choir. The organ is a joy to play and hear. We are extremely blessed that this instrument is a part of out worship at Kirk in the Pines.
Thank you, Rodgers Organ Company, for sending us Mike Bennett and David Pettit from Saied Music Company! Thank you, Mike and David, for installing the beautiful Rodgers 958, at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and for your continuing superb customer support!
Sincerely yours,
Larry G. Bradley

Dear David and Mike,
Since the installation of our new organ in May 2007, we have been in regular contact from time to time, and I hope I have expressed my satisfaction and pleasure with the installation. However, I simply MUST say a special "thank you" again, after yesterday's service of worship here at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines! Our sanctuary was filled to capacity and, as you may remember, this congregation really sings! The organ met the challenge with solid hymn accompaniment that was an exciting time for me as organist. What a pleasure to have the resources I needed! We all know that Rodgers instruments are "best in show", but we all also know that it is the proper installation, tonal finishing and voicing that really makes the winner. David and Mike, I thank you again for your expertise. The organ here is used primarily as a worship service instrument , and I know I speak for many others in expressing our satisfaction.
FYI: The two regular hymns were "Dix", For the Beauty of the Earth, and "CWM Rhonda", God of Grace and God of Glory, plus we introduced (successfully!) a new-to-the-congregation hymn, "O God Beyond All Praising" set to the Gustav Holst theme Jupiter, (The Planets). (Thanks, David, for the confirmation of information.)
