About two years ago we purchased a Rodgers "Classic" organ from Saied Music Company to replace an aging organ from your main competitor. We have especially enjoyed the great organ sounds that are available within our model as we like to use a variety of registrations for our worship services. And further, the computerized controls provide flexibility and convenience for the organist. Many positive comments have been received from our congregation about the sounds of the Rodgers organ.

In particular, I am writing to you today to compliment you and your service staff. It seems rare these days to encounter companies who are truly service oriented. We are very grateful to you for your immediate attention to the "woofer" cabinet and promptness with which you were able to make the necessary adjustments.
