Church organist Tim Hess called Saied Music Co. and spoke with Mike Bennett about the need to improve the church's organ situation. Tim stated that they had an older Baldwin organ that had never filled the room adequately, was beginning to have issues with certain stops and functions not working correctly, and was no longer reliable.

The next day, Mike and co-worker David Pettit met with Tim at the church to asses the situation. After meeting with Tim at the church, Mike and David proposed a Rodgers Masterpiece Model 928 organ with Antiphonal and MX-200 MIDI module. It was suggested by friends of the church that Tim also arrange a meeting with the local retailer who represents Rodgers' largest competitor, before making a final decision. Once this meeting had taken place and the church had the opportunity to ask Tim for his recommendation, they made the decision to purchase the Rodgers 928 from Saied Music Company.
