The installation of the new Rodgers custom Masterpiece three-manual organ with 11 ranks of new pipes makes the third Rodgers installation by R. A. Daffer Church Organs, Inc. for St. Louis Church located in Clarksville, Maryland.

The first was a model 850 analog in 1977 for their new sanctuary and the second was a model 751 digital in the original stone sanctuary. This installation involved custom pipe chests that were built by A. E. Schlueter Pipe Organ Company (Rodgers' dealer in Atlanta) and pipes by A. R. Schopp's Sons in Ohio.

The custom audio system required a custom division in the front of the church to accompany the Cantor and a custom division of speakers located in the angled ceiling over the choir. The choir is located around the corner from the main organ, which made it difficult for them to hear the main organ located in a balcony at the rear of the church.

St. Louis Church seats 1,000 worshippers. Most of the stained glass windows were originally installed in The Baltimore Basilica.
