The Incomparable Hector Olivera gives a workshop on the fine art of setting registrations at the First Presbyterian Church in Bakersfield on an Austin/Rodgers Custom 4-Manual Masterpiece 1078 Pipe/Digital Combination Organ. Rodney's performance experience in orchestras, choirs and accompaniment of instrumentalists in a wide genre of styles combine to give him a unique understanding for midi and orchestral performance techniques of the organ. He was a presenter at both the 2000 and 2004 National Conventions of the American Guild of Organists on the topic of "MIDI and Orchestral Use of the Organ in WOrship" The Organ at Concordia Lutheran in St. Paul, MN. is a Rodgers 688 with 15 ranks of Cassavent pipes.
