Rodgers Technicians Gather in Oregon for Hands-On Training and Innovation

Last week, Rodgers Instruments welcomed technicians from across the United States to our Hillsboro, Oregon headquarters for two days of in-depth training and collaboration.

The Fall 2025 Technician Training focused on practical, hands-on learning with both legacy instruments and the newest Rodgers models, including the American Series. Attendees worked directly with Rodgers engineers to diagnose, repair, and optimize performance across a wide range of organs, from vintage systems to today’s digital innovations.

Throughout the sessions, participants explored topics such as audio installation and planning, Blaze amplifier setup, and troubleshooting for both digital and hybrid instruments. The training also included a behind-the-scenes tour of Rodgers’ manufacturing facilities, offering a close look at the craftsmanship and care that go into every instrument.
